KITF 2025: WHERE TRENDS, INNOVATIONS AND THE WORLD’S BEST TRAVEL DESTINATIONS MEET

THE 23RD KAZAKHSTAN INTERNATIONAL TOURISM AND TRAVEL EXHIBITION - KITF 2025 WILL BE HELD IN ALMATY FROM APRIL 23 TO 25, 2025.

The tourism industry in Kazakhstan is developing rapidly. In just 11 months of 2024, the market grew by 25 percent. Experts attribute the high growth of the sector to the increase in the number of holiday destinations, the frequency of flights and the number of visa-free countries for Kazakhstanis. These data highlight the importance of the KITF exhibition as a platform for further development and strengthening of the tourism industry in Kazakhstan.

KITF is not just an exhibition, it is a key meeting place for the leaders of the tourism industry in Central Asia. Every year, it brings together representatives of leading companies, government organizations, and thousands of target visitors. The exhibition provides a unique platform for establishing business contacts, presenting new tourism destinations and services, and exchanging best practices. Taking into account the successful results of the 2024 exhibition, which brought together more than 5,000 visitors and 406 participants from different countries, KITF 2025 promises to expand the scale and content of the event, attracting even more industry representatives.

The exhibition is in the stage of active formation, and at the moment, national groups from Thailand, Malaysia, South Korea, Japan, Vietnam, Georgia, Azerbaijan, Slovenia, Kazakhstan and Russia (represented by the stands of St. Petersburg and the Altai Territory) have confirmed their participation. They will demonstrate a wide range of tourism opportunities, which will be an important step in strengthening cultural exchange and cooperation between the countries. The expo event will also become a platform for the debut of new directions and technologies, including advanced solutions in the field of medical tourism and digital services, which today are an integral part of the development of the industry.

Among the participants of KITF 2025 are the largest tour operators, such as KOMPAS TOUROPERATOR and FUN&SUN (ITOUR), CRYSTAL BAY KAZAKHSTAN, Polar Travel, SLKI /SLOVENIA and others. These companies will present visitors with unique tourism products, including individually designed routes, favorable conditions for booking and exclusive destinations. Visitors will also be able to familiarize themselves with the offers of leading airlines, including Kazakhstan airlines: SCAT Airlines (Sunday), FlyArystan, Air Astana. They will present air routes, exclusive programs and new products for international and domestic flights, which will help expand the available opportunities for travelers. Participants of the exhibition will have a unique chance to learn about key trends in the air travel industry and take advantage of offers from leading market players.

The central element of the business program will be the KITF Travel Forum, which will include seminars and presentations. This will allow participants to gain up-to-date knowledge about current trends, discuss the most important issues of tourism development and exchange experiences with colleagues. The total exhibition area will be more than 5,535 square meters, which will allow for large-scale expositions and a full range of services and solutions for travel professionals and enthusiasts.

KITF 2025 will once again confirm its status as the leading tourism event of the region and the country, promoting the development of tourism in Kazakhstan and strengthening international ties. The culture, traditions and unique features of each region will come to life in expositions and presentations, inspiring participants to new discoveries.
