Kazakhstan pushes ahead with plans for new seaside resort

Kazakhstan – already known for its wild and largely untouched landscape – has been further developing a project to create a new seaside resort on the Caspian Sea. Also, ongoing measures to improve the country's infrastructure are supposed to increase the annual influx of tourists, which stood at more than 7 million foreigners in 2014.
