Good day!
KITF team welcomes you!
We hope that you have gained energy after the winter holidays and are ready to work hard and shine in this new daily changing world, just like real rock stars!
Many of us are eager to bring back the old days (and the level of sales), but while we wait and develop our business in difficult conditions, it is very important to keep ourselves in a good mood.
Here are some tips we've tried ourselves, to help you maintain a positive attitude within your team at all times:
Physical activity
You already know how important movement is in everyday life. You can choose even among the most common types of physical activity. For example: walking, push-ups/squats, going to the park for nature. The important thing to keep in mind while exercising is that no harm to the environment should be done.
A positive approach
This is not about blind optimism. The essence is as follows:
• you keep the focus on what you have, not what you do not;
• think about what you can control, not what you cannot;
• focus on the solution, not the problem.
Anchoring
Everyone should have at least one, and preferably several techniques that allow you to quickly change your mood. The technique of anchoring in psychology is to capture certain emotions at the subconscious level and apply them at the time you need.
Reframing
Basically, reframe means "frame change" in which we are looking at the situation. That is, the circumstances themselves remain the same, but we assess them in a different context.
Which of the following methods do you use most often to lift your mood?
We will gladly take note of a couple of three tried and tested techniques!
By the way, you can still book a stand at the KITF exhibition at special rates until February 11!
