Dear exhibitors of the KITF 2024!

We remind you that we have launched a new digital service for exhibitors and visitors of our event!

Since this year, you can use MEET.ITECA.EVENTS web-platform and ITECA.EVENTS mobile app for the most effective work at the exhibition.

Through the utilization of AI and cutting-edge algorithms, the platform and application work together to enhance interaction and facilitate seamless contact exchange during events.

ITECA.EVENTS

WITH ITECA.EVENTS YOU:

  • Scan badges of your stand visitors and upload the contact database on the results of the meetings held
  • Download and systematize scanned contacts after the event within 30 days
  • Obtain information regarding the services and products being displayed at the exhibition
  • View individual recommendations based on the data you have completed
  • Chat with potential customers and schedule meetings
  • Have access to up-to-date information on the exhibition: business program, interactive plan, list of participants and many others.

IMPORTANT! To receive all platform advantages and exhibition participant badges it is necessary to complete the following steps:

1. Log in to your personal account (password below)

2. Check, if you have entered data in the following sections and save the changes:

  • Company details
  • Exhibitor Representatives at the stand
  • Portrait of a potential visitor
  • Upload logo
  • Description on the website
  • Product index

Enter at least one employee from the company
no later than April 1

Instructions for filling in information in your personal account:

  1. go to the website http://reg.iteca.kz/
  2. choose an exhibition: KITF 2024
  3. enter the exhibition password:  9mYZQ4HpGJ
  4. enter the access code for Personal Account (provided by the exhibition manager)

We will send instructions to enter the  ITECA.EVENTS platform to the specified email of the “Employee at the stand”.
